Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your Just Natural Paws purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@justnaturalpaws.org with your order number. Eligible purchases will be refunded to the original payment method.

You do not need to return the opened treats. For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where applicable.
